Einleitung

If you source candidates on LinkedIn, you know the routine: find a good profile, then copy the name, experience and skills into your applicant tracking system field by field. It is slow, it invites typos, and profiles that never make it into the ATS are lost to your talent pool.

On 1 July 2025, Kini joined talent360 and Talify for a one-hour live webinar about exactly this step. This throwback covers what the webinar was, what Kini contributed, what the organiser said a working setup needed, and where you can still watch it.

TL;DR

  • "LinkedIn-Recruiting neu gedacht" was a German-language live webinar on 1 July 2025 at 11:00, run by talent360 with Talify and Kini. It was scheduled for one hour including Q&A.
  • The topic was moving candidates from LinkedIn into talent360 with one click, which talent360 described as GDPR-compliant, campaign-specific and central.
  • Kini took part as the technology partner for the integration. Co-founder Fabian Scheib was on the speaker line-up with Ersin Erdem of Talify and Marc Schach of talent360.
  • talent360's event page listed the setup: a talent360 Profi licence for API access, a sourcing licence via Kini including a plugin, a recommended LinkedIn Recruiter licence and a 15-minute onboarding call with Kini.
  • The recording is available on talent360's website.

What was the "LinkedIn-Recruiting neu gedacht" webinar?

It was a live online webinar organised by talent360, whose talent.Flow is recruiting and CRM software for staffing providers and recruitment agencies. talent360 ran it together with two partners: Talify, which describes itself as an official LinkedIn partner, and Kini.

The event took place on Tuesday, 1 July 2025, at 11:00. According to talent360's event page, it was planned for one hour including Q&A, and taking part required registration. The event page and the promotion were in German. The event page carried the title "Live-Webinar: Deine LinkedIn Active Sourcing Lösung"; the recording is published as "LinkedIn-Recruiting neu gedacht: Mit Kini, Talify und talent360 zur echten Lösung".

What did Kini do at the webinar?

Kini was the integration partner. talent360's event page described the three roles like this: talent360 as the platform where the whole placement process comes together, Talify as the LinkedIn insider who knows the rules and limits, and Kini as the technology partner for the LinkedIn integration.

Fabian Scheib, Kini's co-founder and CEO, was named as Kini's speaker on the event page and in talent360's LinkedIn announcement. Kini announced its part on its own LinkedIn page on 26 June 2025:

Wir freuen uns sehr, bei diesem spannenden Webinar mit talent360 & Talify als Tech-Partner dabei zu sein!

Kini on LinkedIn, 26 June 2025

"We are very happy to be part of this exciting webinar with talent360 and Talify as technology partner." (translated from German)

Kini's post also listed co-founder Julia Komkowski among the people taking part. talent360's own materials name three speakers: Ersin Erdem, Fabian Scheib and Marc Schach.

What problem did the webinar set out to solve?

talent360 framed the problem in its invitation: when recruiters source on LinkedIn, profiles often stay isolated, processes are manual and the talent pool never really gets filled. The webinar promised a way to import candidates from LinkedIn into talent360 with one click, campaign-specific and in one central place.

The announced agenda covered six points:

  • why LinkedIn data often goes unused, and how to change that
  • how to import candidates into talent360 directly via Kini
  • which tools, licences and setups you need, and what they cost
  • why a combination of platform, consulting and interface works
  • which LinkedIn pitfalls to know and how to stay GDPR-compliant
  • a live demonstration of the solution in talent360

talent360's LinkedIn announcement also promised tips on data transfer and GDPR, and an exchange with the experts from Talify and Kini.

What did the setup require?

This is the most practical part of the event page, because it shows that a one-click workflow still depends on several pieces being in place. talent360 listed these prerequisites:

Prerequisite, as listed by talent360Provided by
talent360 Profi licence, for API accesstalent360
Sourcing licence including a pluginKini
LinkedIn Recruiter licence (recommended)LinkedIn; Talify offers licence packages
Onboarding call, 15 minutesKini
Expert advice and LinkedIn licence packagesTalify

The API requirement matches what Kini documents on its talent360 integration page: the talent.Flow REST API requires talent360's Professional licence tier.

What does this mean for teams that work with an ATS?

The webinar made a point that goes beyond LinkedIn. A sourcing channel only pays off when its data lands in the system where the team already works, and in a structure that system understands. Copying profiles by hand breaks exactly that link.

This is the problem Kini works on across recruiting. Kini connects applicant tracking systems, job boards and recruiting agencies, and operates the ATS connections as a service. The ATS stays the system of record, and end customers connect their own ATS through a one-time magic link, so the partner never handles their credentials. talent360's talent.Flow is one of the systems in Kini's integration directory. If you want to understand why Kini runs integrations instead of handing out an API, read Managed Recruiting Connectivity explained.

Where can you watch the recording?

talent360 published the recording on its website under the title "LinkedIn-Recruiting neu gedacht: Mit Kini, Talify und talent360 zur echten Lösung". The original event page with the agenda and the setup list is still online, and talent360's webinar overview lists it under 1 July 2025.

Where can you meet Kini next?

Kini is exhibiting at STAFFINGpro 2026, the expo for HR services and staffing, on 21 October 2026 at the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden, stand C.08-C, according to the STAFFINGpro exhibitor list. The organiser calls it the expo for staffing experts in perm, temp and contracting, the same segment talent360 builds talent.Flow for.
