Every one of those tools is another place where a job or a candidate record has to arrive complete and on time.

What is STAFFINGpro Expo 2026?
STAFFINGpro is the HR Services & Staffing Industry Expo, organised by HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG in Mannheim. The organiser describes it as the expo for staffing experts in perm, temp and contracting, and the 2026 edition is listed in the official ticket shop as "Expo No. 5". It runs for a single day at the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden.
The audience is narrow on purpose. According to the organiser, STAFFINGpro is aimed exclusively at decision-makers in temporary employment, staffing and HR services: managing directors, branch and site managers, recruiting managers of service providers, sales leaders and operations teams. Exhibitors cover the whole staffing value chain, from recruiting, matching and job boards to back office, payroll, compliance and AI.
The programme runs across three content stages, a Contracting Stage and a Podcast Lounge. Most sessions are in German.

The RMCC is in the centre of Wiesbaden, within walking distance of the main train station and about 20 minutes by car from Frankfurt Airport, according to the organiser. The evening before, on 20 October, the organiser hosts a separate VIP PreEvent at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden with the Staffing Leader Award.

- Onboarding and data protection. End customers connect their own ATS through a one-time magic link, so the partner never handles their credentials. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), and a data processing agreement is available.
