Clean data between systems is the part we work on every day.
A job has to leave the ATS in the format each board expects. An application has to come back with its screening answers and attachments intact.
That work runs through two products. Kini Core is the managed connectivity layer between ATS, agencies and job boards. One connection on the partner's side reaches 75+ ATS, and Kini builds, monitors and recovers every ATS integration. Kini Shop distributes jobs to 1,500+ job boards, white‑label on the partner's own domain.

Supportive
When a partner asks a technical question, it goes straight to the engineer who built that connection. Operations and engineering then solve it together.
Responsible
Connectors keep running long after go‑live, and so does our work on them. Whoever built a connection keeps an eye on it once it is live.
Genuine
We publish what we have checked. When a figure on our website could not be validated, we took it down.
Flexible
Engineering, operations and partner management look after the same partners. A new partner passes through all three, and you follow it from the first call to go‑live.

Kini is run by SmartConnect Technologies GmbH, registered in Stadtallendorf, Germany. Julia Komkowski and Fabian Scheib, who founded Kini, work in Berlin with the engineering team.
On Kini Core, the managed connectivity layer between ATS, recruiting agencies and job boards, and on Kini Shop, which distributes jobs to 1,500+ job boards, white‑label on the partner's own domain.
Kini works in three functions, engineering, operations and partner management, small enough that nothing gets lost between them. Both founders work in the team. Julia Komkowski leads engineering, Fabian Scheib leads sales and partnerships.

Kini's platform and database run on Google Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The connectors adapt to whatever each system offers, from an API to an XML feed or email.
bmh Hessen led the pre‑seed round together with Vimajo and a group of business angels. In the seed round the existing investors backed Kini again, once more led by bmh Hessen, and new business angels joined.
