Who is Julia Komkowski?
Wer ist Julia Komkowski?
Julia Komkowski is co-founder and CTO of Kini, which she started in 2023 with Fabian Scheib after the two met at JOIN, a European recruiting software provider. She leads the engineering team, shapes Kini's technical direction from platform architecture to API design, and is the main technical contact for partners and customers. Her deep domain knowledge in ATS integrations goes back to JOIN, where she was responsible for them, and defines how Kini builds and runs its 65+ ATS integrations, down to field mappings, sync logic, and retention rules. She studied at the University of Mannheim, is a fellow of the Sigma Squared Society, and is based in Berlin.
